Replacement easements, granted to the City by the developer, will be part <br />of the new plat, Bonnie's Estates. <br /> <br />4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDA TION <br /> <br />4.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 3.1 of this report, staff recommends <br />approval of the request for vacation of a portion of the Milton Street easement and <br />utility services easement with the dedication to the City of new utility and road <br />easements as part of the new plat, to be recorded by the applicant. <br /> <br />5.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />5.1 On May 27, 1998, the Planning Commission held the required vacation hearing for <br />the easements currently in place on the O'Meara site. Except for Mr. O'Meara's <br />endorsement of the vacation, there were no public comments.
