Location: No accessory building <br />shall be erected or located within any <br />yard other than the rear yard except <br />for a through lot when it shall be locat- <br />ed in the side yard. Such accessory <br />building shall not occupy more than <br />twenty five percent (25%) of a re- <br />quired rear yard. <br /> <br />1.
