This is due to a discrepancy between <br />the Site Plan prepared by Landform Engineering, the legal descriptions and original Subdivision <br />Exhibits prepared by Westwood Professional Services, and the drawings and square footage <br />requirements of our client, Veritas Software, In comparing the information from these three <br />entities, it was determined there was a 5-foot difference along the south boundary line of the <br />property diagrammed on Exhibit B-1, the combination of the Lot 3 and Lot 4 property. To assist <br />you in understanding where the changes occurred, I have marked up a copies of the new <br />drawings with dimensions from the original drawings. The change does not affect the locations <br />of the building, ponding or parking, <br /> <br />It's my understanding the Council approval of the Lot Division and Consolidation, originally <br />scheduled for April 27th, was tabled and will now appear on the May 26th agenda.
