Enclosed is an original request for the Combination of <br />Contiguous Properties, executed on behalf of Ryan Companies US, Inc. We are requesting that <br />that portion of Lots 3 and 4 as described on Exhibit A attached to the Request be combined into <br />one tax parcel and that portion of Lots 4 and 5 described on Exhibit A be combined into one tax <br />parcel. <br /> <br />Since this is a minor subdivision of those lots described above, I have attached an original letter <br />from the City of Roseville, dated June 3, 1998 for your use in recording the minor subdivision <br />with Ramsey County. As you may recall, Ryan owns the property and will not be transferring <br />title at this time. <br /> <br />On June 22, 1998, I sent our check in the amount of $36,877.67 to Ramsey County for payment <br />of the second half taxes on those Property ID Numbers described in Exhibit A to the request. For <br />your convienence, I have attached a copy of the letter to Ramsey County delivering payment of <br />the second half taxes. <br /> <br />Once you have finalized our request, could you please send or call me with the new Property ID <br />Numbers that will be assigned to the combined properties in 1999.
