<br />May 28, 1998 <br /> <br />NOTICE TO CERT AI N PROPERTY OWNERS: <br /> <br />In accordance with City Council directive, you are hereby notified that at the City <br />Council meeting of Monday, April 27, 1998, the City Council approved a Special <br />Garage Sale Promotion Permit, requested by the YMCA, 1170 W. County Road B, <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />The sale will be held on Tuesday, May 12 through Sunday, May 17, 1998 between the <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.. The YMCA anticipates set-up will occur commencing <br />on Saturday, May 9th. <br /> <br />The City Council provided that no parking would be permitted on the north side of <br />County Road B during sale hours, subject to Ramsey County approval. The Council <br />encouraged the YMCA to sign and use the Lexington/B Park parking lot to provide <br />safer off-street parking and they were also encouraged to meet with you to reduce any <br />inconvenience to you during this period. <br /> <br />Dennis P.
