<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
<br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of March 2002, at 5:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Kysylyczyn
<br />and the following were absent: None
<br />
<br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
<br />ROBERT LICHTSCHEIDL, 2550 WESTERN AVENUE
<br />ALLOWING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 1,008 SQUARE FOOT
<br />ACCESSORY BUILDING (PF3374)
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Robert Lichtscheidl, has requested a conditional use permit to construct a
<br />24-foot by 42-foot (1,008 square feet) accessory structure; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Lichtscheidl property is located at 2550 Western Avenue, legally
<br />described as:

<br />All that part of the Northwest 1,4 of the Northeast 1,4 of Section 12, Township 29, Range
<br />23, described as follows: Beginning at a point on West line of Northwest 1,4 of the
<br />Northeast 1,4 of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23, distant 319. 2 feet North of the
<br />Southwest corner of said Northwest 1,4 of the Northeast 1,4 , thence East and parallel to
<br />South line of said Northwest 1,4 of Northeast 1,4 a distance of 409.39 feet to a point, thence
<br />North a distance of 372.4 feet to a point, thence West and parallel to the South line of
<br />said Northwest 1,4 of the Northeast 1,4 a distance which is 409. 22 feet to the West line of
<br />said Northwest 1,4 of the Northeast 1,4, thence South to place of beginning, except that part

<br />of said Northwest 1,4 of the Northeast 1,4, thence East and parallel to the South line of said
<br />Northwest 1,4 of the Northeast 1,4, a distance of 409.34 feet to a point, thence North a
<br />distance of 1 00 feet to a point distant 409.30 feet East of said West line measured along a
