With the 4 foot retaining wall present, <br />our three young children do not easily venture onto our neighbors driveway from their own <br />property. Vision is not obscured but may even be enhanced with our driveway below that of our <br />neighbors. <br /> <br />We respectfully request that our variance request be reconsidered. Mr. Behning may be able to. <br />speak to his visual inspection of the property and the gravel parking stall in question. We" will <br />make every attempt to be present at the meeting given the constraints already mentioned we ask <br />for your understanding if that is not possible. We would both be available on May 26th to <br />address this matter. <br />
