The property to have <br />been subdivided is located along the east side ot the Minnesota Commercial <br />Railroad (Minnesota Belt Line Railway Company) right-ot-way and south of County <br />Road C-2. <br /> <br />1.2 The City Council continued action on this request at both the May 26, 1998, and <br />June 8, 1998, meetings at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />1.3 Hess Kline has decided to withdraw his application for a minor subdivision <br />(see attached letter). <br /> <br />2Jl SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />2.1 By motion, accept Hess Kline's request to withdraw his application for a minor <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Attachments: Letter from Hess Kline <br /> <br />60-day Time Limit Application accepted on April 27, 1998; Decision deadline is June 26, 1998. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
