In connection with this <br />application, also enclosed are the following: <br /> <br />1 . Abstractor's Certificate listing names and addresses of each landowner <br />within 350 feet of the boundaries of the property to be subdivided; <br /> <br />2. Address labels for the adjoining property owners; <br /> <br />3. Two copies of a survey showing the existing legal description of the <br />property and the legal descriptions once the subdivision is accomplished; and <br /> <br />4. Our check in the amount of $100.00 for the application fee. <br /> <br />We would like this matter placed on the City Council agenda for Monday, May <br />11, 1998.
