<br />6.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />At the July 27, 1998 meeting the City Council found the need for garage space for <br />two dwelling units on the site, and providing direction to applicant and staff to <br />amend the application to a proposed accessory building of no more than 864 <br />square feet (24'x36'). <br /> <br />6.1 By resolution, approve the reqLiest for a variance to allow the construction of a <br />second accessory building and a variance to increase the lot coverage to 70% of <br />the required rear yard for the purpose of constructing a 24' x 36' detached garage <br />at 2042-2044 Dale Street North, based on the modified findings outlined in Section <br />3.1 of this report. <br /> <br />Attachments: resolution; location map: notice of public hearing: proposea site plan: letters from adjacent <br />property owners; photos of property. <br /> <br />60-day Time Limit: application submitted on June S, 1995: application accepted as complete on June 18. <br />1995; decision deadline is August 7, 1998. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
