I 1"~1 <br /> <br />"-' <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVlllE <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />." <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Rosevi/le, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day of September, <br />1997 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were presentMaschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke and Wall <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.9472 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO THE ROSEVILLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVISrNG THE TEXT <br />OF THE EXISTING PLAN ADOPTED IN 1979 AS AMENDED IN 1994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has adopted the recommendations and <br />revisions to the Comprehensive Guide Plan, after a public hearing held on September 10, <br />1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville City Council approved and adopted the 1994 <br />'- amendments (and appendices and adoptions by reference) to the City of Roseville <br />Comprehensive Guide Plan, subject to review and comments of the plan by the <br />Metropolitan Council, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approved and adopted 1994 amendments to the City of Roseville <br />Comprehensive Guide Plan designated certain areas of the community as the Twin Lakes <br />Development District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has adopted an amendment to the City of <br />Roseville Comprehensive Plan to include a revised master plan for the Twin Lakes <br />Development District, after a public hearing held on September 10, 1997. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of RoseviUe City Council <br />hereby approves and adopts an amendment to the City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide <br />Plan subject to review and comment of the plan by the Metropolitan Council which: <br /> <br />1) modifies the text and map of the Twin Lakes Development District section and the <br />Thoroughfare Plan of t~e Roseville Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager and/or Community <br />Development Director are hereby directed to submit the Plan to the Metropolitan Council <br />for review and comment. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />Resolution _ ~ Page 1 of 2 <br />
