In addition to the c:xisting major entry <br />monument at the intersection of County Road C2 and lincaln Drive, a <br />second major enay/gatewa.y monwnenr should be devdoped for the 1-35W <br />entry at the intersection of Twin Lakes Parkway and Clevdand Avenue. <br /> <br />This entry/gateway monument treatments would be located in the <br />northeast and southeast quadrants of the intersection. The entry/gateway <br />monuments would include two curving ornamental railings similar [0 the <br />brick pilaster and wrought iron railings at the existing enrry monument. a <br />backdrop of spruces and ornamental trees. and a foreground of ornamental <br />shrubs and flowers. The southeast quadrant would include a solid brick <br />wall segment with the words "RoseviUe Twin Lakes". <br /> <br />4. Comer Monumenu. In addition to the major enrey monuments, <br />smaller-scale comer monuments would be installed at the following key <br />in tecsectio ns: <br /> <br />.
