Accessory buildings in residential districts other than R.1 and R-2 districts <br />shall be placed in rear yards, and shall meet the same setback, height, and <br />exterior finish regulations as a principal structure for the zoning district in <br />which it is located, in addition to these requirements. <br /> <br />15.
