<br />May 11, 1998 <br /> <br />TO: City of Roseville <br /> <br />RE: Variance request for 2360 Cohansey <br /> <br />I would like to construct a storage garage on my property at 2360 Cohansey Street. The <br />variance request is to place the garage 3 feet ITom the property line on the North side <br />instead of the 10 foot RosevHle requirement and also eliminate the driveway requirement. <br />This garage is being constructed to store such items as a boat and trailer, riding <br />lawnmower, utility trailer, deck furniture and gardening tools. Cars will not be driven to <br />and from the storage garage. The storage garage is to be 24 x 24 with a 3 foot concrete <br />apron, one ]2' x 10' garage door, one 36" service door, no windows, siding to match the <br />existing house and a 4-12' pitch roof-line. <br /> <br />Our lot is bordered by large bushes and trees. To leave more open space and better utilize <br />the lot, we ask that you approve these variances. <br /> <br />I have discussed this request with all the neighbors who have lots adjacent to mine and <br />they have approved the construction.
