<br />~ <br /> <br />May 19, 1998 <br /> <br />Diana Moss and Mary Needham <br />182 Skillman Avenue West <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Minor Variance Request - 182 Skillman Avenue West (PF3026) <br /> <br />Dear Ms Moss and Needham: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to update you on the status of your request for a minor <br />variance at 182 Skillman Avenue West to reduce the setback of an accessory building to <br />3', allow the construction of a second detached garage, increase the lot coverage of an <br />accessory building and allow the extension of a driveway less than 5' from the property <br />line. The City of Roseville's Minor Variance Committee met on Monday, May 18, 1998 and <br />unanimously recommended approval of the request. The request will now be forwarded <br />to the City Council for final action on Tuesday, May 26, 1998. <br /> <br />The City Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at <br />Roseville's City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive.
