<br />5.0 STAFF RECOMMENDA nON <br /> <br />5.1 Based upon the financial assistance plan outlined in section 3.2 and determined by the <br />Sources and Uses analysis provided by Dave Johnson of Suburban True Value Hardware, <br />staff recommends approval of the Cornerstone Grant request in the amount of $12,400 to <br />pay for boulevard landscaping and sidewalks along Lexington and Roselawn. The grant <br />would be distribution only after submission of actual expense receIpts once the work is <br />complete. <br /> <br />6.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />6.1 By resolution, approve a Cornerstone Grant in the amount of $12,400 to Dave Johnson of <br />Suburban True Value Hardware for boulevard landscaping improvements and installation <br />of sidewalks at the NE corner of Lexington and Roselawn in the City of Roseville.
