As mentioned, the City would like to see plans that address <br />screening of the trash enclosure, parking lot resurfacing, curb and gutter, landscaping and <br />sidewalks along with a timeline as to when you plan to complete the improvements. <br /> <br />Roseville would be interested in providing a low-interest loan in partnership with your bank for a <br />portion of the cost of these improvements. I have attached a simple form that serves as the <br />application for the loan.
