As you know, Suburban Hardware
performed a parking lot upgrade at that time without a permit ITom the City. Since that time, the City Council
has adopted a surface water management plan which requires that storm runoff be collected by a strom sewer
system before being discharged into the City's system.

As part of the upgrade to the site, Suburban Hardware will be installing curbing around the perimeter of the
existing parking lot. To comply with the provisions of the surface water management plan, all storm runoff
must be collected within the site. There is a strom sewer system at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and
Roselawn A venue that they can connect their system to.

If you have any questions regarding this item, you can contact me at 221.

Jay Kennedy
Jay K@rcmnet.org
612-490-2221

Check out Roseville's web site at www.ci.roseville.mn.us

1
