G"" \~oJ June 11,1998 John & Harriet Goodding 3180 West Owasso Boulevard Roseville, MN 55113 RE: Minor Variance Request - Detached Garage at 3170 West Owasso Blvd (PF3036) Dear Mr. & Mrs. Goodding: The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the City of Roseville's Minor Variance Committee will meet on Monday, June 15, 1998, to consider John & Monell Jakel's request for the above-referenced minor variance. The meeting will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the Community Development Conference Room at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. If the request is unanimously recommended for approval by the Committee, the request will be placed on the June 22, 1998, City Council agenda. If the request is not unanimously recommended for approval by the Committee, the request will not be forwarded to the City Council; however, Mr. & Mrs. Jakel have the option of requesting a variance through the regular variance procedure.
