Orlando Logelin <br />North Heights Lutheran Church <br />2701 Rice Street North <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Interim Use Permit at 2701 Rice Street North (PF3043) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. logelin: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to update you on the status of your request for a three year <br />extension of an interim use permit for a modular building at 2701 Rice Street North. On <br />Monday, July 27. 1998, the City Council approved your request, with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The general location and appearance of the temporary building cannot be <br />changed. If the building is replaced, the appearance of any new building <br />must be compatible with the permanent structures on the property. A <br />second temporary building would not be allowed on the site without an <br />amendment to this interim use permit. <br /> <br />2. The interim use permit shall be for a period for three years and shall expire <br />on August 3D, 2001. <br /> <br />During the discussion of this request, the City Council also indicated it would be unlikely <br />that another extension of this interim use permit would be granted. <br /> <br />An official copy of the resolution granting the interim use permit will be sent to you within <br />the next week.
