Your request was not unanimously recommended for approval by the Minor <br />Variance Committee; therefore, the request will not be forwarded to the City Council for <br />action. <br /> <br />Since the request was not approved through the minor variance procedure, you do have <br />the option of requesting a variance through the normal variance procedure. If you choose <br />this option, your minQr variance application fee of $50 will be applied to the normal <br />variance application fee of $200. Application forms for a variance are available at the <br />Community Development office at City Hall.
