<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 25th day of March, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following members were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9984 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT No. 82831 <br />FOR TRUNK HIGHWAY 280 RECONSTRUCTION CONCEPTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has received Federal Surface <br />Transportation Program funding for the reconstruction ofTH 280; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville will perform the tasks required to study upgrades and <br />develop concept drawings for the TH 280 reconstruction project; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville will provide the follo';Ving deliverables to the State: <br />three alternative concept drawings and a comprehensive cornpàrison of these alternatives; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will pay for all services <br />performed by the City ofRoseville under this agreement up to an amount not to exceed <br />$14,740.00; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, the <br />adoption of a resolution that approves a Joint Powers agreement between MN/Dot and the <br />City ofRoseville for Professional/Technical Services. <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn and the <br />following voted against: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
