EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 25th day of March, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn and the following members were absent: none. Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9984 RESOLUTION APPROVING STATE OF MINNESOTA JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT No. 82831 FOR TRUNK HIGHWAY 280 RECONSTRUCTION CONCEPTS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, as follows: WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has received Federal Surface Transportation Program funding for the reconstruction ofTH 280; AND WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville will perform the tasks required to study upgrades and develop concept drawings for the TH 280 reconstruction project; AND WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville will provide the follo';Ving deliverables to the State: three alternative concept drawings and a comprehensive cornpàrison of these alternatives; AND WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will pay for all services performed by the City ofRoseville under this agreement up to an amount not to exceed $14,740.00; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, the adoption of a resolution that approves a Joint Powers agreement between MN/Dot and the City ofRoseville for Professional/Technical Services. The motion was duly seconded by Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against: none WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
