Your request was not <br />unanimously recommended for approval by the Minor Variance Committee; therefore, the <br />request will not be forwarded to the City Council for action. <br /> <br />Since you have applied for a building permit to construct a detached garage, your minor <br />variance application fee of $50 will be refunded.
