HOUSING DEVELOPMENT NEAR CENTRAL PARK
QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS

What will be the sight line impact on those attending concerts and events at the
Amphitheater? Will they view buildings or trees when looking over the lake?

Viewing the park from the northeast on COWlty Road C, how dominant will the
building be over the present park view? Will this change the natural setting view of
Central Park relative to Lake Owasso? Similarly the view from Victoria, both north
and south?

What will be the development impact on the Victoria side of Central Park,
especially as it relates to the trail and shelter facilities? Will these park facilities
continue to be used, as currently, without disturbing the residents of the proposed
development, or vise versa?

Does the placement of the structure on site plan "B" conflict with DNR shoreline
setback requirements and related regulations, including pollution and aeration?

Will the fonnal design of the building and groWlds change the natural look of the
current park configuration, and jf so, what will be done to minimize the impact?

Will the noise of the development, or the 'park including the ball fields, present a
disruption to either activity?

Is the project compatible with the major community park?

Are there other alternatives that could be pursued that would provide additional
parking for the Church and at the same time maintain and/or increase the amenities
of the park to the community?
