<br />.3 ~L..- '2 -q 'i <br /> <br />-, <br /> <br />.....,. <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, <br />the22nd day of March, 1999, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wall <br />and the following were absent: Wiski <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9643 <br />Resolution Extending the Review Period for <br />Prince of Peace Lutheran Church/Senior Housing Partners, LLC <br />Request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and PUD <br />2555 and 2561 Victoria Street North <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church/Senior Housing Partners, LLC have <br />requested an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use <br />designation two parcels to High Density Residential and concept development plan approval for <br />a mixed use planned unit development including the existing Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, <br />a 56-unit three-story senior housing building, and an off-street parking area (PF3049); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this <br />request on December 9,1998, and, after said public hearing, continued action on the request until <br />January 13, 1999, in order to provide the applicant with an opportunity to provide additional <br />information on the visual impact of the proposal and provide staff with an opportunity to provide <br />additional information on potential similar situations within the community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 13,1999, the Planning Commission voted (4-2) to recommend an <br />amendment to the comprehensive plan and PUD concept - only - approval of the proposal with <br />conditions. Prince of Peace Luther Church has requested additional time to work on the <br />building's design details and improvements to the site and landscape plans along with more <br />engineering, utility and ponding details; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council previously extended the review period for the applicants <br />(Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and Senior Housing Partners, LLC) from January 8, 1999 to <br />March 9, 1999, and on January 25, 1999, extended the review period from March 9, 1999 to March <br />27, 1999. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br /> <br />Resolution 9643 - Page 1 of 2 <br />
