I am the manager of the Northwestern Book Store at Har <br />Mar. We have been a long time tenant of this mall. We are also located very near where <br />the proposed development would take place. <br /> <br />I would be very much in favor of adding this type of tenant to the retail mix at Har <br />Mar. It seems to me that there is sufficient room for the building as well as the parking <br />needed for that type offacility. I would very much like to see that there would be access <br />. to that store from the mall. I believe that the mall and the neighborhood would be <br />enhanced with this addition. <br /> <br />I am not certain that this addition would dramatically affect the business at my <br />particular store, but it would be a convenience for us at the mall and would be a great <br />improvement over the vacant space that currently exists. <br /> <br />Thank you for your time in this matter.
