~

pick up litter and keep an eye on the children in the playground. They're not fooling me
when they say this. I don't care what generation of people we add to our population,
more people mean more traffic, more traffic lights, more air pollution, more litter, more
foot traffic in the park, less privacy, more congestion at stores and service centers.

Roseville has been known as a city with trees and lovely parks and beautiful neighbor-
hoods. In the ten years that I have lived here, I have seen much of the green space
developed and much of it to high density residential causing a significant increase in
traffic and congestion. There's no question; the quality oflife in Roseville isn't what it
used to be.

I understand this issue to be a difficult one for the city council people. The city has
drafted a Comprehensive Plan that provides a collective vision of what we want our
community to look like in the future. The Prince of Peace Church proposal is just such
an issue for which a long-range plan is needed and designed. I urge you to let it be your
guide.

Respectfully,

~)v~

Susan Weber
749 Sextant Ave. W.
Roseville, MN 55113

(651) 483-5277
