The Roseville Community has worked long and hard to create a
natural setting enjoyed by Roseville residents and the larger community.
The proposal by Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and Senior Housing~ LLC
to allow a building 300 feet long and 60 feet above Lake Bennett is absurd.
What will a walk around Lake Bennett or a summer concert at the
amphitheater look like? Is a massive building looming by the lake
something the City of Roseville has in mind?

Weare stI:ooW. opposed to this development. The church's supposed need
for more parking seems unreaJistic. We left a church in Atlanta with 10,000
members. You can rest assured they didn't have 10,000 parking spaces!
Perhaps Prince of Peace should consider adding another service.

Victoria Street and County Road C already hold two very large facilities
meeting !\ome aspect of senior care. How much more must this area bear?
To encroach upon one of Roseville's finest natural settings with a
development of this type is unfathomable.

This proposal should have been put to rest long ago. The use of city
government time on such an issue is clearly a waste of taxpayer money!

Sincerely,
. )

fZ/e

Judy and Gary Wood

P.S. Due to a prior commitment, we are unable to attend the December 9
Planning Commission Meeting.
