But we see this particular development
as a creative, sensible, and needed option for attractive and affordable housing for Roseville seniors.

We don't feel this proposed building or its residents would be intrusive to the landscape of Central Park or to the
lifestyle of the Central Park Neighborhood. Instead, we see this building and its residents as potential assets to
Roseville and the immediate neighborhood. This is because seniors who have paid taxes, owned homes and
contributed to this community for many years could now have an option for remaining in Roseville as their housing
needs changed. They could continue to contribute to this community; they could continue to retain long-time
friendships; they could continue to patronize Roseville merchants; and they could continue to enjoy Roseville's
many amenities including the great park systems and in particular the pathways of Central Park.

Thank you.
Sincerely,

~w~

Chuck and Grete Hanson
2475 Aglen Street
Roseville, MN 55113

cc: Roseville City Council
