<br />3.2 Staff recommends approval of the blanket variances based on the following <br />findings: <br /> <br />1. The existing setback from the adjacent property line will not be reduced for <br />any of the properties listed. <br /> <br />2. The width of the driveway will not exceed 26 feet at the property line for any <br />of the properties listed. <br /> <br />3. The proposed blanket variances are in harmony with the general purpose <br />and intent of the City's Comprehensive Plan and Title 10 of the City Code <br />(Zoning). <br /> <br />4. The blanket variances, if granted, will not adversely affect the public health, <br />safety, or general welfare. <br /> <br />4.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />4.1 By motion, approve the following blanket minor variances based on the findings <br />outlined in section 3.2 of this report. <br /> <br />1. Lloyd & Joyce Dewey, 2922 Simpson Street North, to reduce the driveway <br />setback to 1 foot along the south property line for the purpose of bringing an <br />existing driveway into compliance with Section 703.04B, City Code. <br /> <br />2.
