<br />REQUEST FOR PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: 10/14/98 <br />ITEM NO: <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br /> <br />Lexington Plaza LLC request to withdraw application for a sign <br />variance at Lexington Plaza - 1698-1752 Lexington Avenue North <br />(PF3052). <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION <br /> <br />1.1 Lexington Plaza LLC had requested sign variances to reduce the setback of a pylon <br />sign to 5 feet along Lexington Avenue, increase the area to 200 square feet, and <br />increase the height to 30 feet for the purpose of constructing a new pylon sign at <br />Lexington Plaza. Action on this request was tabled at the August 14 and <br />September 9, 1998, meetings of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />1.2 Because of delays in coordinating various aspects of this request, Mr. John Wall <br />(Republic Management Company) has submitted a written request to withdraw the <br />application. <br /> <br />2.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />2.1 By motion, accept request to withdraw the application for a sign variance at <br />Lexington Plaza. <br /> <br />Attachments: Letter from John Wall (10/05/98) <br /> <br />60-day Time Limit: No longer applicable <br /> <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
