The meeting will begin at <br />3:30 p.m. in the Community Development Conference Room at Roseville City Hall, 2660 <br />Civic Center Drive. <br /> <br />If the request is unanimously recommended for approval by the Committee, the request <br />will be placed on the July 27, 1998, City Council agenda. If the request is not unanimously <br />recommended for approval by the Committee, the request will not be forwarded to the City <br />Council; however, Mr. Kelsey and Ms. Friedemann have the option of requesting a <br />variance through the regular variance procedure. <br /> <br />You are welcome to attend the Minor Variance Committee meeting and/or the City Council <br />meeting.
