<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of April 2002, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder, <br />Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO INCLUDE THE COUNTY ROAD C <br />STREETS CAPE MANUAL INTO SECTION 5, TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning Commission, at a public hearing held on March 6, <br />2002, received a request from the City of Roseville (professional staff) to amend the text <br />of the Roseville Comprehensive Plan to include the County Road C Streetscape <br />Framework Manual; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after the public hearing, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval (6-0) for the inclusion of the County Road C Streetscape Framework Manual <br />into the Comprehensive Plan as a general guide and reference document; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council to hereby approve <br />and adopt the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for the inclusion of the county <br />Road C Streetscape Framework Manual, subject to review and comments ofthe <br />Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member <br />Kysylyczyn and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Klausing, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
