<br />Back Hallway: <br /> <br />SE Room: <br /> <br />Basement: <br /> <br />Garage: <br /> <br />Ceiling and walls cracked. <br /> <br />No door. <br />Ceiling paint peeling and cracks. <br />Windows-single pane, double hung; cracked and peeling paint, wood shows <br />signs of weathering. <br /> <br />Stairs-headroom low. <br />Ceilings-about 7ft., joist no finish. <br />Mouse traps set out. <br />Cast iron plumbing. <br />Foundation walls-painted black, paint peeling. <br />Furnace-force air gas, vented to block flue. <br />Old toilet set in laundry room. <br />Staining directly below basement windows. <br />Shower head installed on wall, no enclosure, concrete floor. <br />Wall mount with sink with Strap. <br />No walls around bathroom area. <br />Two disconnected water heaters. <br />Electric water heating. <br />Storage Area: No door to storage area. <br />Unlevel concrete floor. <br />7ft. head room. <br />South Room: Floor, linoleum, 8" x 8", cracked, peeled and missing tiles. <br />Electric panel inside 2ft. closet. <br />Walls paneled, bottom 2ft. water damage. <br />Walls appear to be pushed in 6" on bottom. <br />Ceiling tile discolored and sagging. <br />Heating register hanging from ceiling. <br />Paneling around window is water damaged and ceiling to about <br />4" from window. <br />Bar Room: Flooring-linoleum, cracked, peeled and missing tiles. <br />Ceiling tile discolored and sagging. <br />Walls-OSB, paint and paper both peeling, mold on walls. <br />Water damage 12" + off floor. <br />Owners son stated that the well pump was removed and area <br />was covered up. <br /> <br />Floors-concrete, cracks. <br />2x4 walls. <br />2x4's roof, hand frame, water damage and some rotted through. <br />Driveway-asphalt, large cracks, holes and depressions. <br />Painted wood shingles for siding, paint peeling. <br />Fascia rotted in spots. <br />Windows-peeling. <br />Service door doesn't work. <br /> <br />2 <br />
