The undersigned further agree <br />that "to cooperate" as used in this agreement includes but is not limited to, the <br />agreement by the undersigned to execute or re-execute any documents which the Lender <br />or Land Title, Inc., in the ordinary course of business, deem necessary or desirable <br />to complete this transaction, market the loan, and insure the title to the real <br />property.
