Under <br />the Contract for Deed, Preferred Builders is required to ,. substantially complete the <br />construction of the Minimum Improvements within 180 days after the commencement <br />of constrUcrion." If they fail to ~eet the deadline, the City would be within its contract <br />rights to notify Preferred Builders of the default and to retake possession after <br />September 23.
