Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe. City Manager Pat Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe asked if there was any public comment related to Consent Item 7.i entitled, <br /> "Declare County Road B an Urban Section and Establish a Speed Limit of 30 mph along <br /> the Segment." No one appeared to speak at this time. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte requested removal of Consent Items 7. c, f and g respectively <br /> entitled, "Approve General Purchases and Sale of Surplus Items in Excess of $5,000;" <br /> "Approve Renewal of Ramsey County GIS User Group Joint Powers Agreement;" and <br /> Approve 701 Emerald Ridge Encroachment Agreement, for a comment or question. <br /> At the request of Councilmember Laliberte, Mayor Roe clarified that representatives of <br /> the Finance Commission attending tonight's meeting with a recommendation on the <br /> City's Reserve Policy, would provide comment during budget discussions. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> Sara Barsel and Randy Neprash, 1276 Eldridge Avenue <br /> Ms. Barsel announced that the City's website was now hosting and providing a link <br /> (http://www/cityofroseville.com/dementiainfo) for information about the work of the Ro- <br /> seville Alzheimer's and Demential Community Action Team and the Roseville ACT on <br /> Alzheimer's project, along with ways to participation in local efforts and monthly listings <br /> of dementia-related events in the Roseville area and resources for caregivers. <br /> Ms. Barsel provided a brief history and the goals of the Alliance and community and <br /> agencies sponsors, including Roseville staff and elected officials. Ms. Barsel thanked the <br /> City of Roseville's Communication Manager Garry Bowman and City Manager Patrick <br /> Trudgeon for their stalwart participation and assistance with the Community Action <br /> Team. <br />
