<br />6.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />By motion, approve of James Christensen's request for a variance to increase the <br />coverage of the required rear yard from 25% to 44.8% for the purpose of <br />constructing a 28' x 36' detached garage at 669 Shryer Avenue, based on the <br />findings outlined in Section 3.1 of this report; and approve of a variance to allow the <br />placement of an accessory building in the front yard area of a through lot (facing <br />Skillman), provided said garage is set back the same distance from the right-of-way <br />as the adjacent garage along Skillman Avenue. <br /> <br />Attachments: Location/notification map; public hearing notice; proposed site plan; building elevations; letter from adjacent property <br />owner; photographs of property. <br /> <br />60-day Time Limit: Application accepted on July 17, 1998; application excepted as complete on June 22, 1998; decision deadline is <br />September 15. 1998. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
