The <br />demand analysis is not affected by either of them nor do they change any of the <br />conclusions. <br /> <br />In relationship to longer-term demand for senior housing, e.g., beyond the <br />5-year projections, I have not had time to apply age specific death rates to each <br />of the cohorts and can do that for the future. However. the following can certainly <br />serve as a guide for planning purposes for the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />. There are 30.3 percent more persons in the 60 - 64 age category than <br />the 65 - 69 age category in 2003. These persons will be moving into <br />the senior age group in 2003 - 2008. <br /> <br />. There are 73.0 percent more persons in the 55 - 59 age category than <br />the 65 - 69 in 2003. These persons will be moving into the senior age <br />group in 2008 - 2013. <br /> <br />. There are 354 percent more persons in the 45 - 54 age category in <br />2003 than in the 65 -- 69 age category.
