Residential Assessed Value. This is the total Citywide residential assessed value for each <br />projection year. The total assessed value increases each year based on the Citywide <br />residential unit growth projections and is calculated by multiplying the marginal assessed <br />value of new single family and multifamily units times the tax class rates for residential <br />property. <br /> <br />2. CIl Assessed Value. This is the total Citywide Commercial and Industrial assessed value for <br />each projection year.
