As we discussed, 1 reviewed the Application materials with our <br />Director and found it to be incomplete (as indicated in our earlier discussion) in that an <br />Abstractor's certified list of names of property owners within 350' of the Qoundaries of <br />your lot w~re not included with your application (see page 3, #20, B of the application). <br /> <br />Therefore, I am returning your Application packet, including your check #13919 in the <br />amount of $200 (application fee), to you.
