<br />7~Y--0\q <br /> <br /> <br />February 24,1999 <br /> <br />Mr. Ron Dolle <br />3096 Cleveland Avenue <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Minor Subdivision, 3096 Cleveland (PF3072) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Dolle; <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to update you on the status of your request for a Minor <br />Subdivision approval to re-describe and correct a lot line over which a portion of your <br />house was built (affecting property owned by Jim and Deb Schreier). <br /> <br />The City Council. at their meeting of February 22, 1999, continued vour request to the <br />Council meeting of March 8, 1999. <br /> <br />At least one week in advance of the Council meeting you must submit a completed <br />application and payment for a Minor Subdivision and a completed application and <br />payment for a Setback Permit.
