At that time, I explained that he should have Speedway <br />SuperAmerica sign the three documents and return them to my attention. Upon <br />receipt, I would make the necessary corrections to the documents and providing a <br />memoJo the file indicating the corrections. <br /> <br />.on Nov~mber 9, 1999, I spoke with Michael Cronin, regarding the approved PUD <br />:Agreemertts at which time he indicated that the documents have not been signed. <br />This being the case, Mr. Cronin messengered the documents to my attention for <br />. . I <br />reVISIOn. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />I <br />Attached, please find three revised Speedway SuperAmerica Planned Unit <br />Dev~16pment Agreements ready for your signature. I have highlighted an additional <br />agreement that indicates the modifications.
