<br />3.12. All rooftop mechanical units shall be screened for view. For the purpose of this PUD a <br />wood screen painted to match the earth tone facility is sufficient. Outdoor and exterior <br />storage or sales display shall be prohibited. Sales of seasonable items within a 30 square <br />foot area between the facilities entry and exit are permitted. These include, but are not <br />limited to soda poplbeverage, washer fluid, charcoal and wood. An ice machine, Am <br />Express depository and Fed Ex depository are permitted within a 24 square foot area <br />located along the southeast facade. The two permitted storage areas shall be permanently <br />designed into the concrete, such as exposed aggregate, scored, of colored concrete. No <br />other outdoor storage is allowed and propane exchange units are prohibited. <br /> <br />3.13. A buffer zone within the required side and rear setback areas, in accordance with Section <br />1005.01(1) of the City Code, shall be installed between this site and the adjacent <br />residential district as illustrated within the site development and landscape plan. The <br />south and west buffer areas shall be comprised of landscaping that affords year round <br />screening. Trash handling shall be in accordance with Section 1010.1 I of the City Code, which <br />requires trash collection areas to be within the building or attached to the structure and <br />include a roof.
