These specific design standards <br />56 <br />for development within the CMU district attempt to address some of the heightened <br />57 <br />nuances of the previous Regulating Plan and utilize others standards of the Regional <br />58 <br />Business District to shape site/building design. <br />59 <br />5.0PA <br />ROPOSEDMENDMENTS <br />60 <br />For ease of reading the City Planner has structured the report around topics rather than a <br />61 <br />line by line discussion. <br />62 <br />Proposed Amendments to Table 1005-1 <br />63 <br />Table 1005-1 lists all permitted and conditional uses in the commercial and mixed-use <br />64 <br />districts. <br />65 <br />66 <br />A.Uses marked as “P” are permitted in the districts where designated. <br />67 <br />B.Uses marked with a “C” are allowed as conditional uses in the districts where <br />68 <br />designated, in compliance with all applicable standards. <br />69 <br />Uses marked with a “P/C” are permitted in the districts where designated under <br />C. <br />70 <br />certain circumstances/limitations and also conditional under certain <br />71 <br />circumstances/limitations, in compliance with all applicable standards <br />. <br />72 <br />D.Uses marked as “NP” are not permitted in the districts where designated. <br />73 <br />E.A “Y” in the “Standards” column indicates that specific standards must be complied <br />74 <br />with, whether the use is permitted or conditional.
