The sale must be held between <br />the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00pm. For garage sales/promotions that will vary from those <br />standards, the Code requires Council approval.' <br /> <br />Because the YMCA Sale is moving after 29 years in the same location, the posting of a sign is <br />reasonable in the following ways: <br /> <br />A) County Road B has a faster speed and higher volume traffic than most residential <br />streets in the community and thus smaller signs will be difficult to see. <br /> <br />B) The customers need forewarning of the new location prior to and during the <br />nonnal sale days. <br /> <br />1.2 On September 14, 1998 and each time since that, the Council expressed concern about this <br />event due to concerns for the health and safety of persons attending the sale. The YMCA has <br />taken the Council direction positively and has found a more suitable sale location. <br />
