<br />"/--:- <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: 11/23/98 <br />ITEM NO: H-l <br /> <br />nt Approval: <br /> <br />M~:~~f~/~roved: Agend~ Section: <br />Hearlngs <br />Thomas Coil request for variance to reduce the lot width of two single <br />family residential lots from 85 feet to 64 feet for the purpose of splitting a <br />parcel at 1027 Shryer Avenue West (PF3075) - Application withdrawn <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACfJON <br /> <br />1.1 Thomas Coil had requested a variance from Section 1004.02(D) of the City Code to reduce <br />the width of two single family residential lots from 85 feet to 64 feet for the purpose of <br />splitting a 38,238 square foot parcel with 128.31 feet of frontage into two parcels. Mr. Coil <br />also requested a minor subdivision to allow the splitting of this parcel into two parcels and <br />a variance to reduce the side yard setback to five feet. <br /> <br />1.2 The Planning Commission held a public hearing on the variance request on Wednesday, <br />November 18, 1998. Based on comments from neighborhood residents and the <br />discussion/action of the Planning Commission, Mr. Coil is requesting to withdraw his <br />request for a variance and minor subdivision. <br /> <br />2.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACfION <br /> <br />2.1 By motion, accept Thomas Coil's request to withdraw an application for a variance and <br />minor subdivision at 1027 Shryer Avenue North. <br /> <br />Attachments: Letter from Thomas Coil. <br />60-dayTime Limit: Application accepted on October 12, 1998; Decision deadline is December 11,1998. <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
