CERCLIS - USEP A Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and <br />Liability Infonnation System (CERCLIS). The CERCLIS is the USEP A's national <br />listing of actual and potential hazardous waste facilities. This list includes those <br />facilities for which "No Further Remedial Action Planned" (NFRAP) status has been <br />issued by the USEP A. <br />. RCRIS- TSD - USEP A Resource Conservation and Recovery Infonnation System <br />Treatment, Storage, and Disposal facilities. The RCRIS- TSD is a listing of facilities <br />that are required to register their hazardous waste activity under the Resource <br />Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). <br />. USGS/STATE-Federal and Stated Drinking Water Sources. <br />. USEP A Violations/Enforcement Actions (VIOL). RCRA Violators are facilities that <br />have been cited for RCRA Violations at least once since 1980. RCRA Enforcements <br />are enforcement actions taken against RCRA violators. <br />. TRIS - USEPA Toxic Release Inventory System. TRIS identifies facilities that release <br />toxic chemicals to the air, water and land in reportable quantities under Records of <br />Emergency Release Notification. <br />. ERNS - USEP A Emergency Response Notification System. The ERNS is the national <br />listing of releases of oil and hazardous substances reported to the USEPA, U.S. Coast <br />Guard, the National Response Center and the Department of Transportation. <br />. RCRIS-GNR TR - USEP A Resource Conservation and Recovery Information System <br />(RCRIS), Large-Quantity Generators (LQG), Small-Quantity Generators (SQG) and <br />Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (RCRIS- TSD). The RCRIS (LQG, SQG <br />and TSD) is a listing of facilities that are required to register their hazardous waste <br />activity under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). <br /> <br />Braun Intertec also reviewed the VISTA Unmapped Sites, which is a compilation offacilities from <br />the above federal databases that could not be specifically located due to a lack of suitable <br />infonnation. Please note that information provided by VISTA is limited for these facilities. <br />Therefore, the potential impact to the Site from facilities listed on the VISTA Unmapped Sites <br />cannot always be determined based on the available infonnation. <br />
