The objective of the Phase I <br />environmental site assessment was to evaluate the property for indications ofrecognized <br />environmental conditions. This Phase I environmental site assessment was performed in general <br />conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM Practice E 1527-97. <br /> <br />This Phase I environmental site assessment has been prepared on behalf of and for use by the City of <br />Rosevil1e.
