The
planned expansion will be beneficial not only to the Cryogenic Laboratories, Inc. but also to our
facility by providing a beautification of our corner which will enhance our presentation to our
customers.

The owner of the property, Mrs. Lois J. Olson and I are in the process of,completing a perpetual
shared parking easement which will allow for a smooth traffic flow between our concerns and will
address future concerns relative to the future business uses of each of our properties.

Again I would reiterate that I support the project and would trust the City ofRoseville will endorse
the plan.-

Sincerely,

David Johnson
Suburban Hardware
1930 Lexington Avenue North
Roseville, MN 55113

cc.
